What customers say?

“ The food was okay and can be greatly improved. The curry was perfect. The Laksa was tasty but the portion was small (was still hungry afterwards), the Buk-Kut-Teh didn't have a strong taste. Seems diluted. The wait time is horrible! There's not enough seating at all!! ”

“ Food portion of this restaurant is pretty decent. The menu is a limited and portions a bit on the small side but the flavours in the Malaysian food were quite good. ”

“ This is a casual Malaysian restaurant that shares a space with the Bubble Republic bubble tea and Taiwanese snack restaurant. Breakfast ING serves various Malaysian breakfast/lunch fare, including noodle soups, rotis, curries, and egg crepes. The service is efficient. You order at the counter, sit down, and either they take the stuff away or you can self-service and put it away. The food quality is good. The spice level is a little bit on the high side, but you can customize it. Be aware that this is actually two restaurants. The specials don't cross over when you say "buy lunch and get a drink at a discount." You have to buy the lunch and a drink at the same restaurant. Those two restaurants make a good pair because one specializes in snacks and drinks, and the other one specializes in heartier meals. You could totally order from both and sit and eat them together. A solid option that I would visit again. ”

“ This unassuming breakfast spot is located inside Bubble Republic and offers a decent variety of breakfast options. We chose the Macaroni Set, Original Egg Crepe Roll with Cheese, Malaysian Curry Chicken, a Signature Milk Tea and a Coffee Milk Tea. The portions arent the largest, but fair given the price of the dishes. The Macaroni set was just ok, but the Egg Crepe Roll and Malaysian Curry were both good. The Crepe was crispy with a generous amount of cheese, and the Curry was well seasoned, with a nice spicy kick. The food comes out fairly quickly, and is served in disposable containers with plastic cutlery. The restaurant set up as well is very casual, with fold out plastic chairs and a few wooden benches. ”

“ WHAT TO EAT?! The Malaysian laksa is inexpensive and very tasty. If you like curry, the Malaysian curry is also another good one to try. There’s also the charcoal Grilled sandwiches where it’s not the typical sandwiches. They have meat floss, Taiwanese sausages or ground beef with Malaysian spice in their sandwiches. All the breakfast and lunch items are very inexpensive. The place is small so be prepared to wait a bit for a table. It’s always busy here. Best bet is to come really early or you’ll have to wait, but wait is no longer than 10-15 min. Sometimes there’s so many options you don’t know what to choose. You can start with the sandwiches first if you want to try something different or if you are looking for something to warm your belly, the soup options are the way to go! Food comes out relatively quickly and service is not bad. I find the Laksa tastier than some other places in Mississauga so you won’t be disappointed. There’s a lot of ingredients inside the laksa too. The Malaysian curry can be on the oily side so you may want to use a spoon to take away the top layer of oil. The curry isn’t that strong or spicy so for the mild curry lovers, you’ll like the curry. LAST TIP!? If you come at anytime between 8-10 am there’s the early bird special that you can take advantage of. The menu items are already pretty cheap but there’s menu items that can be even cheaper if you’re an early bird! ”

“ No matter how many times we visit Breakfast ING, a Malaysian-Chinese restaurant in Mississauga, the charm of their food never fades. Though they've recently moved a few doors down from their original spot, their culinary consistency remains unaltered. A forewarning for those who prioritize ambiance - Breakfast ING is not the place to seek it. The establishment doesn't lean heavily on aesthetics, instead, their main attraction is, without a doubt, the food. Their Malaysian-Chinese dishes are prepared with such skill that each visit feels like the first. The flavors are bold, rich, and authentic, evoking a sense of nostalgic home-cooking that's a rarity to find. On our recent visit, we noticed it wasn't as crowded as usual on the weekends. However, this did not detract from the overall quality of their service or food. The staff were just as efficient, and the dishes arrived hot and flavorful, as always. All in all, if you're looking for a place that offers heartwarming, tasty food in Mississauga, Breakfast ING should be on your list. The charm may not be in the surroundings, but it's undeniably present in their dishes. ”

“ Nice little casual cafe. Ordered Malaysian curry chicken to eat in. It was served on proper plates - came with steamed rice, an egg and steamed broccoli. At the time of this post, the price was $12. I thought the portion of curry chicken was a generous for the price. Being very familiar with Malaysian dishes, I thought this curry was authentic and flavourful. There are many types of curries and this is one that is usually served with roti canai in Malaysia. I look forward to trying out the other dishes. The only other Malaysian street food I saw on the menu was curry laksa, roti canai and bak kut teh. The other dishes were more Chinese/ Taiwanese style in my humble opinion. ”
